Lisa Terry

Lisa Terry, MSOD, SPHR Director

A founding member of Organizational Excellence, Lisa has served as its Director since 2014 focusing on organizational transformation and change management. At UC Davis since 2001, Lisa consults and facilitates with leaders and teams on communication, team effectiveness, leadership, strategic planning, workplace climate, survey design, change management and more.

Lisa recently earned her Prosci change management Advanced Instructor certification and is a certified change management practitioner/trainer for Prosci and William Bridges Leading Transitions. She serves as a Davis facilitator for the UC Management Development Program, is a certified Crucial Conversations trainer and is regularly invited to speak and facilitate at conferences including UC Davis ADMAN, the California Higher Education Collaborative, NACUBO, WACUBO, and the Network for Change and Continuous Innovation in Higher Education (NCCI).

Lisa holds a BA in Communication and a Masters in Organization Development. She is an active member of NCCI, serving on their board and as chair of the professional development committee.  Other memberships include the Organization Development Network (ODN), Association for Change Management Professionals (ACMP), and the Association for Talent Development (ATD). She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and serves as adjunct faculty for the University of San Francisco School of Management.

Michelle Agnew

Michelle Agnew, MBA Business Process Analyst

Michelle Agnew is a Business Process Analyst with the Organizational Excellence team. Prior to joining UC Davis, Michelle worked for the University of Washington for 8 years, where her work focused on improving business systems. Her achievements included creating value streams to standardize HR processes; leading a cross-functional team in the development of an online assessment tool for benefits; and facilitating other project teams in defining goals, initiating activities and setting/meeting objectives.

As part of the OE team at UC Davis since 2011, Michelle's work is focused on business process redesign by facilitating data gathering interviews with stakeholders, analyzing efficiencies and deficits associated with those processes and mapping future state flow charts. She has also supported the Shared Services Center implementation by helping to integrate the case management and knowledge management systems with the campus IT infrastructure, and continues to support the SSC with their continuous process improvement efforts.   

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Business Administration. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt.

Erica Aichwalder profile photo

Erica Aichwalder Business Analyst

Erica Aichwalder is a Business Analyst with the Organizational Excellence Team. Erica brings to UC Davis a wealth of knowledge in business management practices, having served as an Operations Manager in the private sector for over 8 years. Her expertise includes budget, accounting, payroll and human resource functions.  

As part of the OE team at UC Davis since 2013, Erica’s work is focused on project management, business process analysis and continuous improvement. Through observation, research and interviews, Erica collaborates with stakeholders  to develop recommendations for positive business changes. Leveraging her Tableau training, she provides professional-level support in data analytics and visualization, helping transform information into actionable insights.   

Erica is a UC Davis alumna and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She has a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and is a Certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner.

Holly Burkett Senior Organizational Development Specialist

Holly Burkett is a Senior Organizational Development Specialist with the Organizational Excellence team.  An accomplished senior professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a former HR/OD consultant with Apple, she has  over 20 years experience helping diverse organizations design, deliver, and evaluate initiatives focused upon culture change, talent management, workplace learning, teambuilding, career development, and performance improvement. She is passionate about helping teams grow capabilities that foster growth and resiliency. As a certified ROI professional and recognized evaluation expert with the Office of Performance Review, Holly has special depth in helping clients define and track measurable and meaningful metrics around a project’s strategic impact and overall effectiveness. An innovative learning leader, instructional designer, and group facilitator, she was recognized with the 2017 “Global Training & Development Leadership Award” from the World HRD Congress.

Past-President of Sacramento Association of Talent Development (ATD), she is active in many professional associations, serves as adjunct faculty at Drexel & UCDE, and is a sought-after speaker and coach at international conferences. Prosci certified and author of the award-winning book “Learning for the Long Run” (2017), she earned her PhD in Human Capital Development and her Masters in Human Resources and Organization Development.

Ann Foley UC Path Training Lead

Ann Foley joined the Organizational Excellence team in 2018 to lead the training program for the UCPath project, the largest business transformation project among universities in North America.  Prior to joining UC Davis, Ann provided consulting services to a variety of private and public organizations in the areas of Training, Project Management, Team Development and Organizational Change Management.  She has extensive experience leading enterprise-level technology solution implementations and is passionate about bringing clarity to difficult projects and enabling solutions that make processes more efficient and people more productive. Ann holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.

Jane Harrington, Senior Organizational Development Specialist

Jane Harrington is a Senior Organization Development Specialist. Guided by possibility, purpose and service, she works with people in organizations to identify and achieve their goals. As an experienced educator, attorney, and certified coach, she utilizes systems thinking, appreciative inquiry, strategic counsel, and teaching and learning to developing people, partnerships, programs and organizations. Taking a wide-angle lens on what’s possible, she engages with clients on facilitation, coaching, strategic planning, change readiness, employee engagement and recognition, team building, qualitative and quantitative research, training, improvement strategies and culture change.

Prior to joining OE, she worked with WestEd and the California Department of Education on capacity-building around productivity, efficiency, effectiveness and engagement. She has also worked with and for organizations like Yahoo, National Geographic, Safeway, Comcast, California State University, various state agencies,school districts, diverse non-profits, passionate artists and small start-ups.

She holds an MA in Organization Development, a JD in Law, an MA in Education Technology, and a BA in Art History and English. She is a certified coach through the International Coach Federation. Additionally, she is certified in Prosci Change Management and ITIL IT Service Management, and trained in Project Management. 

Barrett McBride headshot

Barrett McBride, PhD, MCC Senior Organizational Development Specialist

Barrett McBride, PhD, MCC, is the Senior Organizational Development Consultant with the OE team. For more than 20 years she has successfully partnered with private sector, public sector and nonprofit service organizations and professionals, to help them achieve their strategic goals. She consults, coaches and facilitates in the areas of executive coaching and leadership development, strategic planning, organizational transformation, marketing and public relations. She is a trained facilitator of multiple assessments and provides professional development services to coaches through her work as a registered mentor coach and certified coach supervisor. Barrett also regularly presents and writes on issues of professional interest.

Engaged with the OE team since 2013, Barrett's work is focused on all facets of organizational transformation and change management, including coaching senior leaders, facilitating senior team development, team building, change communication planning, research, curriculum and survey design.

Barrett holds a PhD in Human and Organization Systems, as well as Masters degrees in Organization Development and Human Development. She is an adjunct professor of organizational behavior & organization development with the University of San Francisco's School of Management. In addition, she is on the faculty of an international coach training organization.

Barrett is certified at the most advanced coaching level offered by the International Coach Federation (Master Certification or MCC) and has a Master Certification in Evidence-based Coaching. She has LEAN administrative certification, and is a Certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner. Barrett is also a certified mediator. 

She is a Fellow and founding member of the Institute of Coaching, a member of the Association of Coach Supervisors, the European Coaching and Mentoring, the Academy of Management, the OD Network and ICF.


Tracy Preciado Senior Organizational Development Specialist

Tracy Preciado infuses humanity into the workplace by modeling transformational leadership, grounded in her ability to recognize and inspire the unlimited potential of the people with whom she works. Currently a Senior Organization Development Specialist at UC Davis, Tracy specializes in professional business coaching and organization development. Tracy is funny, creative, compassionate, and honest. She is particularly skilled at leveraging her personal strengths, which include curiosity, assertiveness, and insightfulness, to productively co-create new opportunities and perspectives with her clients.

Tracy holds a B.S. in Psychology and M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and has more than a decade of experience. She has worked with a variety of leaders from executives to front line supervisors. She sees numerous possibilities that leaders often overlook and helps them manifest these opportunities all while improving leadership function. Tracy has helped many leaders "find their voice" and reach levels that seemed impossible before partnering with her.

Tracy’s expertise includes: life and business coaching; professional speaking; empathetic communication; cognitive behavioral training; motivational interviewing; crucial conversations; conflict management; organizational theory and design; and organizational leadership. She holds certifications from the National Curriculum and Training Institute, U.C. Davis Professional and Life Coaching, and is a Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through International Coach Federation (ICF). Finally, Tracy is an active member of ICF Sacramento, Association for Talent Development (ATD) Golden Gate Chapter, and has a national affiliation with ATD, ICF, Women Speakers Association (WSA) and Organization Development Network (ODN).

Alicia Webber Process and Change Consultant

Alicia Webber is a Process and Change Consultant with the Organizational Excellence Team. Prior to joining OE, she was with the campus Shared Services Center (SSC) where she served in multiple, progressively responsible positions.  Alicia is a certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner and has significant experience developing, documenting and delivering training.  In addition, she has a keen process improvement mindset that was regularly reflected in her work at BelAir, Raley’s, UC Davis Health and the SSC. 

Alicia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University, Sacramento and is currently pursuing her Project Management – Lean Process Certification (PM-LPC). 

Randa Wilbur UC Path Change Management

Randa Wilbur has over 25 years of experience in the area of change management and organization effectiveness consulting that includes organization design, culture change, leadership/management training & development, performance management, succession planning, and talent management/employee engagement strategies.

Prior to joining UCDavis, she worked for twelve years for the Nielsen Company, a global market & media research firm of 40,000 employees, where she designed and supported the deployment of HR, Finance & Operations shared services and served as Vice President, Global Learning & Organization Effectiveness.  During her career, she also worked as an external consultant providing organization development and change management leadership to a wide variety of public and private organizations.

Randa earned her B.S. degree in Education from Southern Illinois University and holds professional certifications in Change Management, Organization Design, Leadership Styles, Emotional Intelligence, Myers Briggs, and High Performing Organizations.
