If you are currently an academic personnel analyst in the Department or Dean’s Office and have significant experience in academic personnel, we invite you to participate in a challenging and thought provoking course in critical thinking.  This course is designed to help you conduct independent reviews and analysis of policy and procedures for academics, use resources in problem solving, and recommend potential solutions for situations, which may require a combination of standard and/ or original approaches and methods. 

Note: This course is intended for staff who currently work with academic personnel matters.
