Participated in the Principles of Community event hosted by UC Davis Health, centered on reinforcing the organization’s shared commitment to equity, respect, inclusion, and accountability in the workplace. This institutional gathering created space for employees, leaders, and community partners to reflect on the values that guide culture, collaboration, and patient care across the health system.
The event provided an opportunity to engage in meaningful dialogue, strengthen awareness of community commitments, and explore how staff can actively embody the Principles of Community in daily operations, hiring practices, and service delivery.
