Build resilience and foster your well-being with science-based mindfulness meditation, guided by Neesha Patel, PhD. This class is open to all UC and UC Davis community members, beginners, and experienced meditators alike. 

Sessions: Mondays on 4/6, 4/13, 5/18, 5/25, 6/1, 6/8, and 6/22

Time: 4:30–5 p.m.
