Learn how to activate your body’s natural relaxation response in this session presented by Neesha Patel, PhD, of Staff and Faculty Health and Well-being.
Sessions are scheduled from April 1st through June 24th (excluding 4/22, 4/29, 5/6, 5/13, 6/17) at 3:30–4 p.m. Registration in this series give access to all 10 sessions; you may attend one or more sessions as they fit.
