Because this is especially true for retirement, UC Davis is offering Pathway to Retirement, a special educational event aimed at helping employees plan for financial security in retirement. Whether your retirement is months or years away, this event provides essential guidance to enjoy all that retirement brings. Topics will include the following planning essentials:

• UC Pension and Retirement Savings Program benefits
• Social Security benefits and claiming strategies

If you are planning to retire within the next 3-6 months and have questions, you are invited to attend our Preparing for Retirement Help Desks. UC Davis Benefits and UC-dedicated Fidelity representatives can answer questions regarding your UC Retirement Plan (pension), voluntary retirement savings (403(b), 457b and DC Plans), UCRAYS and retiree health coverage, including your health plan options, projected costs and Medicare coordination.
