If you are receiving a paper W-2 (your annual wage and tax statement) or a paper 1095-C (your annual statement of health coverage) you are encouraged to go paperless and protect your personal information, reduce the chance of lost or delayed mail and support sustainability efforts across UC.

  • Review and confirm your election
