Melissa joined the UCDH Workplace Violence Prevention team in February 2023. She has earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from CSU Channel Islands.

An began her journey at UC Davis Health in December 2002. She joined the UC Davis Health ELR Team in August 2021 as a Leave Specialist. She brings with her almost 15 years of supervisory experience and 6+ years of FMLA/CFRA Leave advising and processing.

Glenn Glasgow

  • Workplace Violence Prevention Consultant
Glenn began with UC Davis Health in October of 2019 and brings with him 22 years of law enforcement experience. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from UC Davis and his Master’s degree in Justice Management from the University of Nevada, Reno.

Viviana Gomez

  • Employee Relations Consultant
Viviana joined Campus Employee and Labor Relations as an Employee Relations Consultant in May 2022.  Viviana brings extensive years of HR experience to the role.  She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from University of the Pacific and also received a Master of Science Degree in Human Resources Management from Golden Gate University.

Katie Hockerson

  • Labor Relations Director
Katie joined UC Davis Employee and Labor Relations after graduating law school as the Chancellor’s Legal Fellow in September 2016. After her yearlong fellowship was over, she worked in a law firm for several months before returning to ELR as a Labor Relations Consultant in February 2018. In December 2021 she became the Labor Relations Manager and then Labor Relations Director shortly after.

Lyndon Huling, Ed.D., SHRM-SCP

Lyndon Huling, Ed. D, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Executive Director of Talent Acquisition & Compensation Services. He received his Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership from UC Davis and is committed to supporting his alma mater. Dr. Huling is an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion. His multifaceted approach to leadership underscores a commitment to championing the needs of a broad spectrum of stakeholders, including students, staff, and faculty. Through innovative strategies and inclusive leadership, he strives to foster a culture of belonging and empowerment, positioning UC Davis as a trailblazer in cultivating an environment where every individual can thrive. As the Executive Director, Dr. Huling harnesses his extensive expertise and visionary leadership to drive transformative change within talent acquisition, compensation services, and Human Resources. His strategic leadership catalyzes innovation, ensuring that UC Davis continues to set the standard for excellence in fostering a welcoming, inclusive, and dynamic community for all.
