Every manager and supervisor has a vital responsibility to maintain a safe, productive and respectful environment. UC Davis Health provides clear policies, required training, and step-by-step tools to help leaders recognize and respond to possible substance use or impairment in the workplace.

If you have not yet completed the Reasonable Suspicion training in the LMS, please do so. The course will guide you in recognizing signs of impairment, documenting observations, and initiating the appropriate next steps in line with policy.
